Laser Treatments

Laser Tattoo Removal

Precision laser tattoo removal with a measured, individual approach to pigment, skin safety and results.

Overview

Removing unwanted tattoo pigment is a process that deserves careful planning. At Bavary Clinic, we offer laser tattoo removal for selected body tattoos and eyebrow pigment, with every recommendation guided by your skin type, tattoo characteristics and previous treatment history.

Tattoo size is only one part of the assessment. Ink colours, depth, density, age and location can all affect how the pigment responds and the number of sessions required. Some colours and cosmetic pigments are particularly unpredictable, so realistic advice is central to your consultation.

We prioritise protecting the surrounding skin, explaining the potential for incomplete clearance or pigment changes, and giving you clear aftercare. Our prices for small, medium and large tattoos are starting prices, with an individual quotation after assessment.

Understanding Laser Tattoo Removal in more detail

Specialist laser energy is used to fragment selected tattoo pigment, allowing gradual fading over multiple sessions with variable results.

Your practitioner will assess the tattoo’s size, ink colour, age, location and any history of laser or cosmetic pigmentation. We will also review skin tone, medical history, healing tendencies and possible risks, including the special considerations of eyebrow pigments.

During treatment, protective measures are used and short laser pulses are delivered to the targeted pigment. The area may feel hot or uncomfortable, and temporary whitening, redness, swelling or blistering can occur. Sessions must be spaced to allow the skin time to recover.

We will provide detailed aftercare and discuss how many appointments might be needed, while acknowledging that complete clearance is not guaranteed. Where pigment behaviour or skin risk is uncertain, a test treatment or alternative plan may be recommended.

The Bavary Approach™

Clinical judgement before treatment

“The treatment itself is only one part of the recommendation.”

We do not begin with procedures. We begin by understanding you, your concerns and what will genuinely support a balanced, long-term result.

Sometimes that means the treatment you are considering. Sometimes it means preparation first, choosing a different approach or waiting until the time is right.

Our role is not simply to perform treatments. It is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based judgement.

Why we may not recommend treatment

Tattoo removal may not be appropriate for some pigments, skin conditions, healing histories or medical circumstances. Eyebrow tattoos and cosmetic inks may darken or change colour after laser exposure and require particular caution.

Risks include blistering, scarring, infection, hypopigmentation, hyperpigmentation and incomplete removal. Final pricing for size-based tattoo options is confirmed following an individual assessment.

Results and ongoing treatment planning

Results vary according to the treatment selected, your starting point and how your body responds. Some changes may be visible after one appointment, while other goals may require a longer-term plan.

A course or combination of treatments may be recommended, but only where it is clinically appropriate. Ongoing care is tailored rather than prescribed as a fixed schedule.

Frequently asked questions

General guidance only. Your practitioner will explain what applies to you and the treatment being considered.

Eyebrow removal is listed at £100. Small tattoos start from £80, medium from £100 and large from £200. Final pricing varies after assessment.

The number varies considerably with ink colour, depth, density, age, location and how your body responds. Complete removal cannot be guaranteed.

Some eyebrow pigments can be treated, but cosmetic inks may behave unpredictably or darken. A specialist assessment is essential before proceeding.

Scarring is a recognised risk, although careful treatment and aftercare aim to reduce it. We will review your skin and existing tattoo scarring at consultation.

The skin needs adequate time to heal and clear fragmented pigment. Your practitioner will advise the interval appropriate to your tattoo and response.
