Bavary Clinic / Legal
Terms & Conditions
The terms governing our UK website, appointments, booking conditions and online skincare purchases.
Last updated · 25 October 2026
Who we are
This website, bavaryclinic.co.uk, is operated for UK purposes by AZ SKINCARE LTD (company number 16466399), trading as Bavary Clinic (“Bavary”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Registered office: 138 Kenton Road, Harrow, England, HA3 8AZ. Contact: hawa@bavaryclinic.co.uk or +44 (0) 20 7101 4932.
These terms cover use of the UK website, UK clinic bookings and UK skincare purchases. Services provided by a separately operated clinic in Ireland are not contracted with AZ SKINCARE LTD under these terms unless expressly confirmed in writing.
About these terms
By using this website, making a booking or placing an online order, you agree to the terms applicable to that activity. Separate consent forms, treatment-specific instructions, quotations or booking confirmations may also apply; where there is a conflict, your mandatory legal rights are unaffected.
We may update these terms periodically. The version presented when your contract is formed will normally apply to that contract, unless the law requires otherwise or both parties agree to a change.
Information about treatments
Website descriptions are provided as general information, not a diagnosis, medical consultation or promise of a particular outcome. Suitability, expected results, aftercare and risks are assessed on an individual basis. Results and recovery vary.
We may decline, postpone or modify treatment where it is not appropriate or safe, in line with professional judgment and legal obligations. You should provide accurate health information requested for a safe consultation and tell us if your circumstances change.
Clinical photographs and testimonials are illustrative; they do not guarantee comparable results for other people.
Appointments and booking fees
A fixed booking fee is payable for some services to reserve an appointment. The amount varies according to the treatment price and is displayed or confirmed before you pay. Your booking confirmation identifies the booked service and appointment time.
Our cancellation, rescheduling and late-arrival conditions are set out below. Please review them before booking.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Requests to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment are treated as late cancellations and may be subject to the charges described below.
Booking fees are not refundable for a change of mind, subject to your statutory rights and the circumstances of the booking. Where at least 48 hours’ notice is provided, your booking fee may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment in accordance with the booking terms confirmed when you book.
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment, or where you do not attend, the booking fee may be retained and a cancellation or missed-appointment charge may apply up to the price of the booked treatment where this was clearly disclosed before booking and is fair and proportionate to the loss or costs reasonably incurred. Any charge remains subject to applicable consumer law.
Late Arrivals
Please allow sufficient time for your journey, including traffic and other delays.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment safely or without affecting the next client. Your appointment may therefore be forfeited and your booking fee will not be refunded or transferred.
By booking with Bavary Clinic, you acknowledge and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Statutory rights and fair contract terms. This policy is subject to applicable consumer law. No term removes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded, and any amount charged or retained must be legally enforceable and fair. Where we cancel an appointment, we will deal with booking payments in accordance with your legal rights.
Online skincare orders
We currently deliver physical skincare products to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Product listings describe each item and its price; we may correct obvious errors before accepting an order.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order, ordinarily by issuing an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If an item is unavailable or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any applicable payment.
Product instructions, ingredients and warnings should be read before use. If you have sensitivities or a skin condition, seek appropriate professional advice rather than relying on general website descriptions.
Payment, delivery and shipping
Online payments are processed using Stripe and the payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability and any applicable third-party payment terms are shown before you place your order.
Standard UK delivery is £5. Delivery is free for eligible orders totalling £100 or more at checkout. Your final delivery charge is shown before payment.
We usually dispatch orders within 3 working days, although dispatch estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery timing may vary by destination, courier availability and exceptional circumstances. Unless a different period is agreed, we will comply with statutory delivery time limits.
Risk in goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person identified by you to receive them; ownership passes in accordance with applicable law once payment has been received.
Skincare refunds and returns
Skincare purchases are subject to our separate Refund & Returns Policy, which applies only to online skincare product orders.
Because skincare products may be hygiene-sensitive, we do not offer discretionary refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind. This does not remove any applicable rights under UK consumer law, including qualifying online cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Please read the separate policy before completing your order.
Website use and intellectual property
Unless indicated otherwise, our website design, text, branding, graphics and original materials belong to us or our licensors. You may browse and use the website for personal, lawful purposes. You must not copy, republish, commercially exploit or interfere with website content without permission, except where law allows.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for independently operated services or their terms, privacy practices or content.
Our responsibility
We take reasonable care in supplying our products and services. We do not exclude or limit liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your non-excludable consumer rights.
Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable consequences of our breach or negligence, or losses attributable to events outside our reasonable control.
Complaints and contacting us
For booking queries, complaints, questions about skincare returns or these terms, email hawa@bavaryclinic.co.uk. Please include relevant dates, booking or order details, and a brief explanation so we can investigate promptly.
If you are a consumer, nothing here affects your right to pursue independent advice or available legal remedies.
Governing law
For contracts entered into with AZ SKINCARE LTD in connection with our UK operations, these terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Disputes may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
