Face Treatments
Eye Treatments
Delicate, clinically tailored treatments for the under-eye area, with skin health and subtle refinement in mind.
Overview
The skin around the eyes is fine, expressive and often one of the first areas to show fatigue or visible changes in texture. At Bavary Clinic, we approach this delicate area with particular care, beginning with an assessment of what is contributing to your concern.
Our eye treatment menu includes a selected booster, a brightening peel and polynucleotide injections. Each serves a different purpose, and not every type of darkness, hollowing or puffiness is best addressed with a skin treatment. We will explain the differences before recommending an approach.
Our aim is to improve the appearance and quality of the skin where appropriate, without promising to erase natural shadows or alter the character of your face. Subtlety and clinical judgement guide every recommendation.
Results
Results vary between individuals. Images should only be used with informed patient consent and should accurately represent the treatment course and timeframe.

Understanding Eye Treatments in more detail
Targeted eye treatments are selected for suitable concerns involving under-eye skin texture, hydration or uneven-looking tone.
Your practitioner will assess the surrounding skin and discuss factors such as pigmentation, vascular shadows, puffiness, skin thinning and the anatomical causes of under-eye darkness. This helps determine whether a peel, injectable or an alternative approach may be appropriate.
The selected treatment is carried out using a carefully controlled technique suited to the delicate eye area. Depending on the option, temporary sensitivity, redness, swelling or bruising can occur. Not every concern can be treated in the same way.
You will receive personalised aftercare advice and an explanation of expected results, limitations and any recommended review. We take an appropriately conservative approach in this sensitive area.

The Bavary Approach™
Clinical judgement before treatment
“The treatment itself is only one part of the recommendation.”
We do not begin with procedures. We begin by understanding you, your concerns and what will genuinely support a balanced, long-term result.
Sometimes that means the treatment you are considering. Sometimes it means preparation first, choosing a different approach or waiting until the time is right.
Our role is not simply to perform treatments. It is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based judgement.
Your treatment journey

Review
Your progress can be reviewed and any next steps are recommended only where they are appropriate.
Why we may not recommend treatment
Eye-area treatments are not suitable for all clients. Certain eye conditions, active irritation or infection, allergies, medications and recent procedures can affect eligibility.
Injectables and peels close to the eyes require specialist assessment and appropriate precautions. We will discuss the specific risks of your chosen option and may recommend another approach or medical review.
Results and ongoing treatment planning
Results vary according to the treatment selected, your starting point and how your body responds. Some changes may be visible after one appointment, while other goals may require a longer-term plan.
A course or combination of treatments may be recommended, but only where it is clinically appropriate. Ongoing care is tailored rather than prescribed as a fixed schedule.
Frequently asked questions
General guidance only. Your practitioner will explain what applies to you and the treatment being considered.
Dark circles can result from pigment, vessels, hollowing or shadows. We will first identify the likely cause before recommending treatment.
A skin booster primarily targets skin quality, not necessarily structural hollowing. Your practitioner will explain whether it is likely to help your concern.
Suitability depends on the skin and the peel used. We may recommend a gentler option or avoid peeling if the area is irritated or reactive.
Temporary swelling and bruising are possible. We will explain the likely recovery and any symptoms that require attention.
The recommended number varies by treatment and concern. Your practitioner will create a realistic plan following assessment.
